ToF VL53L7CH USB

Ultra-wide multizone time-of-flight sensor with a USB-C interface, built around the ST VL53L7CH — the VL53L7CX's wide 90°-diagonal multizone ranging plus CNH histogram output for on-device AI. Beyond the standard 8×8 depth map at up to 3.5 m, the chip streams Compact Normalized Histograms — up to 128 bins per zone at 30 Hz — the raw per-zone photon-return profile that machine-learning models use for material classification, occupancy analytics and other tasks plain distance output cannot solve. Over USB-C the device shows up as a virtual COM port (CDC) and streams the data with a simple protocol — no I²C wiring, MCU code or drivers required. Works with anything that can open a serial port, from a PC to a Raspberry Pi or Jetson.
