    EU/EEA/UK Consumers

    2. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

    If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods.

    3. How to Exercise Withdrawal

    Email info@depz.ai with a clear statement that you withdraw from the purchase, including:

    • order number
    • item(s) you wish to return
    • your name and address

    4. Returning the Goods

    After you notify us of withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 days. You may handle the goods only as necessary to inspect them as you would in a store. We may reduce the refund for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.

    5. Refunds

    We will refund all payments received for the returned goods, including standard outbound delivery costs where required by law. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back.

    6. Return Shipping Costs

    You pay the direct cost of returning the goods, unless:

    • the goods are defective/non-conforming, or
    • we shipped the wrong item,

    in which case we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs as required by law.

    7. Withdrawal Exceptions (No Change-of-Mind Returns)

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (including custom-built or modified camera configurations).

    8. Defective or Incorrect Items

    If your item is defective/non-conforming or incorrect, contact info@depz.ai with your order number and a description of the issue (photos/videos where helpful). Mandatory consumer-law remedies apply.

    2. Voluntary Return Window (Change of Mind)

    We accept returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, subject to this policy.

    Returned products must be:

    • unused and in original condition, and
    • returned with all included items and original packaging.

    3. How to Start a Return

    Email info@depz.ai with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization.

    4. Return Shipping Costs

    For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping and any non-recoverable shipping fees.

    If the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after confirmation.

    5. Refund Processing

    Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

    We typically process approved refunds within 5–7 business days (payment provider posting times may vary).

    6. Non-Returnable Items

    Custom-built cameras and modified products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

    7. Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items

    If your item arrived damaged, is defective, or is incorrect, contact info@depz.ai promptly with your order number and photos where relevant so we can provide an appropriate remedy.

    Unless local mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, we accept returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, subject to this policy.
