    A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance by email or dispatch the goods (whichever occurs first).

    Product descriptions and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may change. Images may be illustrative.

    5. Pricing and Payment

    Prices and applicable taxes/shipping charges are displayed at checkout. If a price is obviously erroneous, we may cancel the order and refund.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

    For business customers, these Terms are governed by Polish law and disputes are subject to the courts of Poland.

    For consumers, mandatory consumer protection and jurisdiction rules of your country of residence may apply.
