Following the successful launch of tripod mounts, DEPZ has completed development of corner surface mounts and side-hole wall mounts for all camera lines. Both mount types will be available starting January 2026.

In response to customer demand for convenient R&D setups, DEPZ has begun developing dedicated tripod mounts for Clarity, Minima, and Varius cameras.

Starting April 2025, the full DEPZ stereo camera lineup—Clarity, Minima, and Varius—is available for purchase. Each camera is designed for specific use cases.

In February 2025, DEPZ pre-series camera samples underwent rigorous durability and calibration stability testing. The cameras passed 20 drop tests in various configurations along with thermal cycling and other stress tests.

In early 2025, DEPZ received series prototypes of its stereo cameras—hardware close to the final production design. In parallel, DEPZ began establishing a dedicated production cell for assembly, calibration, quality control, and traceable shipments.

In September 2024, DEPZ decided to productize its expertise and develop a stereo camera line under the DEPZ brand. Hardware development starts in collaboration with a major European manufacturer of camera modules to ensure industrial-grade quality and supply-chain readiness.

In Q1 2024, DEPZ decided to focus on stereo disparity estimation using machine learning. The goal is to turn inspection into measurement—enabling repeatable 3D assessment of defects and geometry deviations under challenging industrial conditions.

Today we're announcing DEPZ—a new R&D unit at UHPlast Ltd. in Poland, focused on robotics and industrial automation. Our first mission: bring computer vision to the production floor, starting with automated defect detection for large-format products.
