    2. Important: Statutory Rights Are Not Affected

    This is a voluntary commercial guarantee. It does not limit or replace any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including remedies for lack of conformity.

    3. Coverage and Duration

    We provide a 12-month limited commercial warranty from delivery for manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.

    4. Our Remedy (Company Choice)

    If a covered defect is confirmed, we may, at our option:

    • (a) repair
    • (b) replace with the same or equivalent product
    • (c) refund the purchase price for the affected item

    5. Exclusions

    This commercial warranty does not cover issues caused by:

    • accidents, drops/impacts, liquid exposure, misuse, or improper installation
    • use outside specifications, abnormal power supply, or external causes
    • unauthorized modifications or repairs
    • normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality

    6. How to Make a Claim

    Email info@depz.ai with your order number and a description of the issue (photos/videos if helpful). We may request troubleshooting and/or return of the product for inspection.

    7. Shipping Costs

    For confirmed covered defects, we will bear reasonable shipping costs required by mandatory consumer law. For issues not covered, we may offer paid repair/replacement and return shipping at your cost.

    8. Limitation

    Limitations and exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

    2. What This Limited Warranty Covers

    For 12 months from delivery, we warrant that DEPZ hardware products will be free from manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.

    3. What We Will Do (Company Choice)

    If a defect covered by this limited warranty is confirmed, we will, at our option:

    • (a) repair
    • (b) replace with the same or equivalent product
    • (c) refund the purchase price for the affected item

    4. What Is Not Covered

    This limited warranty does not cover:

    • damage from accidents, drops/impacts, liquid exposure, misuse, or improper installation
    • unauthorized modifications, tampering, or repairs
    • use outside specifications, abnormal power supply, or external causes
    • normal wear and tear or cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality

    5. How to Obtain Warranty Service

    Email info@depz.ai with your order number and a description of the issue (photos/videos if helpful). We may require troubleshooting and/or return of the product for inspection.

    6. Shipping

    Customer is responsible for shipping the product to us. For confirmed covered defects, we will pay return shipping of the repaired/replacement product.

    If the claim is not covered, return shipping and any repair/replacement costs are your responsibility.

    7. Implied Warranties and Limitations

    TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE 12-MONTH TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

    WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

    Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion/limitation of incidental or consequential damages; in those states, these limitations may not apply.
