We ship worldwide from Poland. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout.
3. Shipping Charges and Taxes
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Taxes (including VAT where applicable) are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. Unless explicitly stated at checkout, these are the recipient's responsibility.
4. Processing Time (Before Dispatch)
Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom configurations or modified products may require additional time. If additional time is required, we will email an updated dispatch estimate.
Business days exclude weekends and Polish public holidays.
5. Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed:
- Poland: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
Delays can occur due to carrier capacity, weather, peak periods, and customs processing.
6. Delivery Deadline
Unless a different delivery time is expressly agreed during checkout, we aim to deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days from contract conclusion.
7. Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking
We send a dispatch confirmation email. Tracking is provided when available from the carrier.
8. Delays and Cancellation
If we cannot dispatch within the stated or updated timeframe, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund of the undelivered items.
If delivery is materially delayed, you may contact us for assistance. Where required by mandatory consumer law, you may have additional rights to terminate if delivery does not occur within an additional period you set.
9. Address Accuracy and Failed Deliveries
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we may (at your choice) reship (additional fees may apply) or refund the order minus non-recoverable carrier costs.
10. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your shipment on arrival. Report damage or missing items promptly by emailing info@depz.ai with your order number and photos where relevant.
For consumer orders, risk passes when you (or your nominee) physically receive the goods, unless otherwise required by law.
